We are seeking an experienced, motivated Guest Service Representatives to ensure guests experience top service and hospitality.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting guests with checking in/out
- Assisting guests with reservations
- Providing recommendations for local dining/recreation
- Attend to guest requests
Experience:
- Previous hospitality experience required
- Attention to detail
- Customer service experience required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
