The Guest Relations Representative is responsible for greeting and directing guests upon arrival to the service department, assisting with the check-in process and arranging transportation as needed. The successful Guest Relations Representative is comfortable multi-tasking to meet Guest Experience needs and has a genuine desire to assume ownership of our guests’ experience.

Pay Scale Information
$18 / hour
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record
Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and timely greeting to dealership visitors and provide direction as needed.
- Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately; assume ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
