Grocery E-scooter Rider Job at Food Rocket
DESCRIPTION:
Food Rocket is an application that provides customers with on-demand 10-15-minute grocery delivery without the delivery fee or minimum order requirements from our dark stores within a 1-mile radius. We are bringing a completely new grocery buying experience to our customers by replacing regular stores. We are looking to add to our team high-energy, part-time and full-time e-scooter / e-bike riders. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, flexibility, outstanding customer service skills, and desire to succeed.
Base pay is $15.00-15.50 per hour. Tips received on the app are pooled and are disbursed equally among team members on a bi-weekly basis, along with the base pay. This position is eligible for bonuses in accordance to performance on the job.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Load and deliver grocery products to our customers.
- Deliver products to our customers undamaged and in the condition they were loaded in.
- Ability to drive a company e-bike or e-scooter.
- Ability to work as an Operations Specialist when needed.
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must successfully pass a background check
- A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills
- A strong sense of urgency! We set to deliver items to our customer within 10-15 minutes.
- Reliable attendance

Downtown Chicago & surrounding areas.
LOCATION HOURS: 7:30 am – 11:30 pm (shift variance pay is available)
