Golf Course Grounds Maintenance Virtual Hiring Event Job at Doylestown Country Club
Doylestown Country Club, the premier private club in Bucks county, is looking for energetic employees to begin working as soon as possible and work year-round (male or female). Experience is preferred but not required, training will be provided. An ideal candidate would have landscaping experience. Work would include operating various equipment, raking bunkers, string trimming, mowing, back pack blowing, watering and general debris clean up. The ability to work physically outdoors is required and employee should be prepared to work in all types of weather conditions. Hours for weekdays are normally between 6:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., with a lunch break; for weekends hours are typically 5:30 a.m. until 9:30 a.m., depending on tournament schedule. The grounds crew works seven days a week, so weekend availability is a must! Pay is up to $20.00 per hour based on experience, with the opportunity for time and a half overtime pay after 40 hours/week, and on holidays. Must be available to work every other weekend, uniforms will be provided.
The full-time employee compensation package includes up to 21 days paid time off per year, health insurance that is heavily employer-funded, and a 401(k) program with employer-matched funds.
