We're looking for an energetic, hardworking individual who is great at multitasking. The ideal candidate for this position is friendly and personable, highly motivated and has an interest in the medical field. The individual should be flexible with scheduling, able to work on their feet for extended periods of time and enjoy problem solving.
Responsibilities:
- Receptionist duties such as greeting guests, managing appointments, and answering phones.
- Create a smooth check-in process for customers.
- Manage the lobby during rush periods.
- Answer guest questions.
- Acknowledge and greet guests upon arrival.
- Closely monitor the number of employees working at any given time in order to make sure there are enough bodies on hand.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
