SUMMARY

The customer service agent registers guest, makes reservation and addresses the guest needs by providing excellent service during the stay.

DUTIES

  • Greets, check-in guests, assigns the room
  • Handles payment, guest records with a high degree of integrity
  • Quickly resolves guest requests and complaints
  • Answers the phone and takes guest’s messages
  • Prints the registration card, keeps the desk area clean and presentable
  • Coordinates shuttle activities
  • Provide information on local attractions and direction to the guests
  • Keeps detail record of important activities in log book
  • Responsible for the cash drawer for the shift

Qualifications

College education, high energy and a strong focus on customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
