SUMMARY
The customer service agent registers guest, makes reservation and addresses the guest needs by providing excellent service during the stay.
DUTIES
- Greets, check-in guests, assigns the room
- Handles payment, guest records with a high degree of integrity
- Quickly resolves guest requests and complaints
- Answers the phone and takes guest’s messages
- Prints the registration card, keeps the desk area clean and presentable
- Coordinates shuttle activities
- Provide information on local attractions and direction to the guests
- Keeps detail record of important activities in log book
- Responsible for the cash drawer for the shift
Qualifications
College education, high energy and a strong focus on customer service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $14.00 per hour
