The EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) Coordinator is responsibile for ensuring all Caregivers are onboarded into the EVV System. The EVV Coordinator will serve as the contact resource for all EVV related questions of usage by troubleshooting cell phone Operating System (Android/Iphone). The EVV Coordinator will work directly with Scheduling Department,Payroll Department, HR Department and the Onboarding Department to ensure that AmeriBest stays in compliance with all State and Managed Care Insurance companies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Experience:

  • High-volume problem-solving solutions: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Phone Customer service: 5 years (Preferred)

Shift availability:

  • Night Shift (Preferred)
  • Day Shift (Preferred)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Preferred)
