Equipment Operator (Denver Metro Area) Job at Martin Marietta
Position Summary
Responsible for performing general labor and utility work, and operating a variety of off road trucks and equipment utilized in Mining.
Responsibilities/Requirements
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment and refer defects or repairs to supervisor; clean equipment.
- Safely operate equipment and perform mechanic and general labor duties.
- Previous experience in aggregate plant maintenance, labor and operating heavy, off road construction equipment is preferred
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience required
- Dozer and Breaker experience preferred.
- Occasional weekend work required.
- Travel will be required for this position (between Colorado Springs, Brighton and Golden with a possibility of needing to go outside of this area).
