Yard Truck Specialists is an industry-leading truck dealership that specializes in the selling, leasing, refurbishing, and servicing of yard jockey trucks and parts. We sell, lease, rent, repair and service yard spotters across the mid-Atlantic region. We also happen to lead the nation among all Kalmar-Ottawa Yard Truck dealers in equipment sales and part sales, so we know what it takes to be number one.

We are seeking an eCommerce Specialist to oversee management of our online yard truck parts store. The ideal candidate will work with the parts department to handle day-to-day operations of the website, make critical updates, implement online sales and promotions, ensure the accuracy of product listings, manage online customer accounts, and provide technical support for website users. They will also work directly with the H&K Equipment Group marketing department to promote the website, increase conversions and sales, and grow our customer base. The preferred location of this position is onsite at the Bensalem branch.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the Yard Truck Specialists website WWW.YARDTRUCK.COM
  • Update and maintain the website including plugins and coding
  • Add and remove products, implement price changes, and create product content
  • Support the parts team with order processing and fulfillment
  • Work with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies
  • Assist with website design to align website branding with marketing guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned

KEY TASKS

  • Work within the WooCommerce online shopping platform and ecosystem
  • Maintain data integrity of product catalog
  • Manage online customer accounts and profiles
  • Work with the Yard Truck Specialists ERP to ensure inventory and order accuracy
  • Facilitate order processing and fulfillment
  • Respond to online customer inquiries and forward requests to appropriate personnel
  • Monitor website traffic and health and provide reports to the parts and marketing teams
  • Assist the marketing team with site promotions and brand development

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree or certifications in marketing, business, communications, or related field
  • 3+ years' experience in ecommerce highly preferred
  • Proficiency in data entry and managing spreadsheets
  • Proficiency in WordPress or a similar CMS
  • Competence with HTML, CSS, and website development
  • Working knowledge of SEO best practices
  • Proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience in equipment parts sales preferred but not required
  • Experience producing and editing digital media preferred but not required
