GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY


Responsible for onsite and remote support at the client's Palo Alto office location.


SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Provide walk-up support to users with Windows and macOS laptops as well as Apple iOS and Android phones
  • Remote support to users as needed
  • Accountable for timely response to client issues based on severity and priority in the ticketing system (ServiceNow)
  • Responsible for maintaining current knowledge of all applicable systems and software tools.
  • Responsible for stock inventory accuracy, updates, and storage of the IT equipment.
  • Break Fix replacements
  • Conference room IT equipment check and support
  • Smart hands IT support onsite for other teams that are without the onsite presence
  • Basic printer maintenance
  • Assist in onboarding the clients' internal new hires.
  • Hardware Supported: Lenovo laptops, Apple Macbook, Apple iPhones/iPads, Android phones


QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum High School Diploma required
  • 3 to 5 years of desktop support experience operating in an enterprise environment
  • Knowledge of Windows OS, macOS, and Apple iOS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and an aptitude to learn new software applications
  • A+ Certification preferred but not required

Pay Range: $32-35/hr
