Customer Service Representative - Lake Zurich, IL
Paying to $25.00 per hour
- Engages with clientele and responds to inquires via phone conversations and site email.
- Receives and places client media orders through the LIMS system.
- Works with Customer Service group and site management to improve internal and external customer service systems.
- Performs additional LIMS activities on an as needed basis.
- Performs additional administrative duties on an as needed basis.
- Adheres to Code of Ethics Policy.
- Science B.Sc. or equivalent with 0-3 years relevant experience. Additional degrees will be considered.
- Understanding basic chemistry would be an asset.
- Good customer services skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Works with a high degree of accuracy.
- Positive outlook with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time-management, communication, multi-tasking and priority setting skills.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
