Clearwater Systems is an Ohio-based company providing quality water solutions to residential customers for nearly 75 years. We have a fantastic opportunity at our location in Wauseon at 138 W. Linfoot St. to meet our customers' needs.
We are seeking a friendly, outgoing individual to make a difference for our customers. We want every customer to have the very best of our "Blue Carpet Experience." That starts with our Customer Care Specialists. This position in Wauseon will interact with customers locally and around the country as you join a team dedicated to improving the water that people drink and use in their homes. The duties include inbound and outbound customer calls, service and delivery scheduling, register operations, retail store management, and engaging our customers in a positive and proactive manner. Our goal is to provide each customer with amazing service and products.
The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am until 5:00 p.m. Full benefits are available within 90 days and you begin to earn PTO immediately. Get paid early with our unique "On-Demand Pay" program, too.
