Base Salary + Commissions + Benefits
Responsibilities of Commercial Analyst:
- Researching and analyzing market information through internal and external sources;
- Performing Broker’s Opinions of Value;
- Researching and tracking lead data through internal and external sources;
- Responding to prospective buyer/tenant/agent inquiries;
- Prospecting potential leads and research target audience sources;
- Touring properties with prospective buyers/tenants/agents;
- Developing and analyzing due diligence materials;
- Tracking transactions through due diligence, escrow and financing, and interfacing with Brokers, title/escrow companies, lenders and clients;
- Coordinating with Marketing Team to produce fliers, brochures, offering memoranda, co-star/loopnet and other internet platform listings;
- Participating in special projects and performing additional duties as needed;
- Preparing, drafting and participating in Listing Presentations;
- Drafting contracts and other documentation;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree, with Real Estate, Finance or Urban Planning emphasis, preferred.
- Experience in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required;
- Experience with MLS, CoStar, Crexi, and Vizzda (Preferred);
- Experience with CRM’s, Apto/Salesforce, SkySlope, (Preferred);
- Experience in valuation (Not required);
- Proven verbal/written communication and organizational and time-management skills;
- Arizona Real Estate License.
