Clinical Implementation Consultant Job at Neurotrack
Neurotrack is looking for a self-driven, detail-oriented, and result-focus Clinical Implementation Consultant with a can-do attitude to join our growing team on a mission to help tackle Alzheimer’s. In this role, you’ll be on the front lines of implementing a digital platform at health systems and clinics to provide an easy-to-use cognitive screening program to their patients. As a Clinical Implementation Consultant, your duties are to assist with the installation and configurations of Neurotrack’s cognitive screening solutions. Your responsibilities include understanding clients’ objectives and facilitating training sessions for their employees. Depending on the size of your client company and the scope of the system implementation, you may work independently or with a team of other Neurotrack staff. The ideal candidate is someone who has a solid understanding of the health systems/vendor relationships for contracting, with strong experience in implementation projection management, identifying the correct stakeholders, developing relationships, and gathering the business requirements for accurate implementation.
What You’ll Do:
Work directly with Sales and Account Management teams to understand customer requirements and objectives
Collect all the requirements from various departments, stakeholders, and users and coordinate all required effort from various parties
Orchestrate internal and external teams to successful implementation, act as the direct liaison between Neurotrack and customers
Own project deliverables to include but not limited to, project plans, agendas, assessments, and charters
Work on-site and virtually with health systems and/or provider clinics to ensure successful implementation of Neurotrack’s products
Provide user training and coordinate Go-Live, capture and organize go-live logs and surveys
Provide quality assurance for implemented programs to ensure accuracy prior to Go-Live
Document and update content implementation best practice
What You Bring to The Table:
Experience in successful implementations of digital health products at health plans and health systems
Clinical, purchasing, or contracting knowledge and experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
A positive mindset and can-do attitude
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with different stakeholders (internal and external)
Ability to translate process and information collected into technical requirements
Ability to take extreme ownership over your work to ensure each implementation is a success
Stay up to date with current trends and changes related to technology within healthcare
Ability to travel to client sites 50% of the time
