The Wholesale On-Boarding team partners with the front office team of JP Morgan to provide a customer centered KYC
experience with a focus on expediting client engagement and service. Wholesale KYC Operations (WKO) is a global team
with a major presence in locations such as Tampa, London, Bournemouth, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangalore and
Hyderabad. The team collaborates with Bankers, Sales, Operations, Credit, Legal and Compliance to provide a
comprehensive streamlined onboarding process for our clients.

Introduction to Role
The WKO team supports all aspects of Client Onboarding to include the fulfilment of Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Know
Your Client (KYC) requirements. They partner with the front office teams to ensure all client KYC records are compliant with
regulatory standards and will ensure high quality and timely completion of all client-level due diligence requirements at the
onset of the client relationship. The WKO Team will validate client information, conduct Enhance and Specialized Due
Diligence as well as request supporting evidence for OFAC/Sanctions screening, negative media cases and will confirm the
AML risk rating and required due diligence at a client level prior to record submission to WKO Reviewers. They are expected
to stay current with all regulatory changes and requirements around client KYC, Suitability and Documentation, as well as any
product or account opening procedural and due diligence requirements.

Responsibilities :
As a KYC Reviewer you will drive high quality records as a result of providing guidance as needed during your reviews
Responsible for reviewing New Business and Renewals KYC records
Ensure all information pertaining to our Client is accurate, complete and compliant with AML, Local and Corporate Due Diligence requirements
Manage your individual workload, prioritize active requests, provide status updates and ensure timely completion of KYC records
Stay up to date of any changes to processes and procedures, regulatory change and ensure impacts are effectively applied to our Client profiles and communicated to our business partners as applicable (e.g. Production Team)
Timely escalation of any concerns to Managers
Partner closely with Global Compliance to understand in depth global AML and KYC policies
Build and develop strong partnerships, identify challenges and continuously provide exceptional Customer Service (to our Internal Partners)
Ensure consistent interpretation of policies and operational procedures
Ensure you are up to date on all mandatory training ensuring timely completion within SLA
Participate in additional tasks, projects and global remediation efforts as needed
Continuously participate in overall process improvement by way of identifying gaps and recommending technology enhancements
As a Reviewer you will be responsible for fostering collaboration and cohesiveness with our business partners

Skills and Requirements:
At least 3+ years' experience within KYC/AML or similar Controls Environment
AML/KYC knowledge required
Proven ownership of workload pipeline
Ability to Influence others in a positive way, provide feedback and guidance according to your interpretation of policy
Proactive and flexible approach to personal workload and wider team targets
Excellent communication skills along with problem solving abilities
Effective time management and organizational skills to achieve maximum productivity
Client focused whist maintaining a strong controls mind-set
Analytical with an ability to Multi-task and have a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
