As a Bilingual Therapist/Social Worker you will coordinate and implement overall treatment and services for assigned clients. Our Bilingual Therapist will have limited documentation requirements to allow them to focus on providing services such as client and family meetings, case planning, and work with partners to build connections with families.

Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients and caregivers on a weekly basis to further treatment goals and provide psychoeducation, coordinate care between providers etc
  • Develop Child and Family teams made up of natural supports for the purpose of treatment planning and sustainable support
  • Cultivate and maintain engagement and alignment with community members, Kaiser partners and other providers
  • Coordinate and implement overall treatment and services for assigned clients
  • Provide assistance in case planning and consultation to team members on clinical issues, as well as casework issues, as appropriate
  • Intervene with the clients’ behavior management programs as needed
  • Participate in 24 hours on call support line system
Qualifications:
Required:
  • Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, or social work
  • Must be eligible to register with the BBS
  • Bilingual abilities in Spanish and English required
  • Own vehicle, Valid California driver's license and insurability with Seneca's automobile policy
  • TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirements
  • Must show proof of Covid-19 vaccination and booster
Preferred:
  • Experience working with children in out-of-home care a plus
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to work as a team player and with a diverse population
Schedule:
  • Full-time; Mon - Fri
  • Flexible schedule required, with the ability to work some evening and weekend hours as needed
Benefits:
  • Starting at $73,000 - $87,000 annually. Actual salary dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualification.
  • A $2000 salary increase upon completion of BBS hours and an additional $2000 salary increase upon licensure
  • An additional $6000 per year upon passing a bilingual language proficiency exam
