Gpac has partnered with an amazing college in Salt Lake City that is looking to bring on a Assistant Spa Manager to add to their staff for a 30 hour week position.
Requirements:
- Utah L.M.T. (minimum two years in field) with spa skills and supervisory/managing experience
• Ability to deal effectively with a diverse student body (teacher experience preferred) • Ability to work under pressure to meet timelines and objectives
- Ability to oversee professional massage clinic & day spa and training/mentoring student learner
- Good English, interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent hygiene and dress habits for dealing with public on a daily basis.
Along with the Spa Manager, the Assistant Spa Manager will help hire, train, disciplines and fire employees, and run the retail arm of the spa/school, but always under the direction of the Spa Manager.
