THE OPPORTUNITY
In this role, you’d have a primary responsibility of implementing and supporting solutions for our clients.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
In this role, you will provide client support and platform expertise during implementations. You will also analyze, document, and map client business requirements; manage client expectations and resolve issues; and configure system to house data and build in workflows to automate processes per client specifications.
The core competencies that our team possess which make us successful in our roles are effective written and verbal communication skills, strong active listening, follow-up skills, time management, and attention to detail. The team balances its deep industry experience, technical Salesforce acumen, and extensive data integration expertise to lead our customers through projects to drive business value from Riskonnect software. Our customer’s success, Riskonnect’s values, and the career goals of each individual colleague drive the objectives and actions of our organization.

Bachelor’s degree Management Information Systems, Risk Management, or related field- Demonstrated professionalism interacting with all levels of management
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate customer issues
- Detailed, organized, and results-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and perform effectively under pressure
- Analysis, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
- Preferred Qualifications including:

- Experience using Salesforce

- Understanding/Experience with JavaScript and HTML

- Familiarity with Apex
