1st Shift Site Supervisor

PRIMARY DUTIES:

The 1st Shift Site Supervisor is responsible for the safety and security of the facility including the staff, tenants, and guests. This Supervisor will act as a liaison between our client and their staff and security personnel. Further responsibilities include the coordination of facility management operations and acting as a resource to our client in establishing security policies and best practices.

The established hours for this position are: 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, Monday – Friday

Pay Rate: $18/Hour

Major Areas of Responsibility:

• Develop and maintain Policy and Procedure manual and make recommendations for periodic updates.
• Implement and maintain all training programs to ensure proficiency as it pertains to the officer’s duties.
• Monitor and coordinate the maintenance of the electronic security system.
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of all security personnel on the site. Provide leadership and discipline and make recommendations regarding the employment status of assigned site personnel.
• Meet with the client from time to time to review security measures.
• Maintain a liaison with local police and fire departments to ensure adequate support for the facility.
• Assist with the coordination of contractors working in the facility.

Successful candidates must demonstrate a solid work history incorporating the areas described above. We seek an individual with strong leadership skills for this position and those individuals with credentials proving experience working in law enforcement, fire department command or private security management.

• Successful candidates must meet all requirements for employment including criminal and civil background check, drug test, new hire security training and state licensing requirements.
• Successful candidates must have a minimum one year of qualified experience as a supervisor or manager to be considered for this position.
